[LOGic] LOTW in version 7

Uploads to LOTW and downloads from LOTW are working fine here. No problems
at all.
When I tried the Open in a Browser button, I got a new ARRL page that said
"Page not Found", but just below it is an index paragraph "On the AIr".
Click on the last line of that paragragh "Logbook of the World", and it
takes you to the new LOTW login page.
