[LOGic] DXCC Report Anomaly

When I  run a DXCC report and ask for LOTW preferred, I have two QSO's 
that are not reported correctly.  It's a real anomaly.  First, for 
Columbia it insists on printing out a QSO with HK4OQI that's only 
confirmed by paper, when a QSO by HK3AXY has been confirmed by LOTW.  
Also, for Iceland, it prints out a QSO with TF8GX as only confirmed by 
paper, when indeed it is confirmed by LOTW.  When I look that the QSOs 
in LOGic for these two stations (HK3AXY and TF8GX) both have an "F" in 
LOTW received.  I've tried reindexing and updating award progress 
information numerous times to no avail.  Any suggestions?
