[LOGic] TX3A is to be updated

For those of you that are a little fuzzy on what to do:

Open the prefix table found on the Tools/Setup menu.
Duplicate the current FK-C (Chesterfield Is) line.
In the duped line delete the current prefix's and replace with TX3A.
In the same duped record put the Begin Date and End Date of the TX3A operation.
I put 11/3/2009  and 12/6/2009  for those dates.
Close the prefix table.
That should do it.
