[LOGic] TX3A Chesterfield and the Prefix Table

I worked TX3A and it logged as FY French Guiana. I corrected the log form and saved the QSO. I went to the prefix table and added TX3A to  the FK-C Chesterfield form and saved that. Under TOOLS, I ran "update awards progress info". I Then  ran a DXCC report and it credits TX3A as FY. What am I missing here. Thanks in advance from Joe W6RLL.
