[LOGic] Call Book Batch Update Failing / Locks-up

I the last month, the Callbook Batch Update tool has been failing 
or locking-up when ever I try to run it. Occasionally I will get one or two results in 15 minute period, but then again nothing more.
It had been working fine before.
I am using LOGic 8.0.92.
I have tried clean and rebuild indexes, different varieties of selection 
criteria (by date, by blank name, etc.)
QRZ lookup is working fine for individual look-ups

Any ideas or anyone else having this problem?
