[LOGic] Free Fix for LOGic with K3 Loss of Communication

I was having similar problems with my K3 / LOGic 8 communication failing.
I then try a program which completely stopped the problem and as a 
bonus, I can now also run other software on the same interface with K3 
while still running LOGic.
The software, LP-Bridge , is from the maker of the LP-Pan Panadapter for 
K3 and is free to download here:
