[LOGic] ? Logic9

There IS an issue with Logic... but I'm so used to it, I forgot about it.

Icoms stop responding to polls if they are busy doing something else. If you
spin the dial for a while it can cause a timeout. Doesn't happen often...
but since I know about it I will pause from time to time out of habit.

Another issue with some rigs is if polling is enabled, CI-V Transceive mode
should be off. Data collisions cause mis-read data... but I haven't seen it
with modern Icoms... it was an issue with older stuff (and not just with
Logic).

Other than that it seems to work fine. I don't have the timeout issue with
DX4Win Writelog. Nor with Logger32, Commander or Log-EQF.
