[LOGic] ? Logic9

[W5GA]

It'd be nice to have a native RTTY and PSK capability.  The contest mode
could use some work, but I guess with N1MM out there it's really moot.

What's the rush? Logic 8 is being continuously updated and has almost 
too many features... what's missing? It must be getting hard for Dennis 
to think of new things for the software to do...
