Click on Tools>Export Log Data>ADIF,blah blah blah
Click on the Filter icon to filter the qso's for the dates you're looking
for
Scroll down to the QSO DATE field
Click on the Down Arrow in the operator field and select 'between'
If you made other QSO's during that time you may need to filter other fields
to get what you're looking for
Click OK
Click OK
Choose where you want the file saved to
Click Save
Check over the export options so you get what you want
Click ok

You should have your file wherever you told Logic to save it.

Should you need to massage the file you can use notepad
