[LOGic] Can't remove county

Go into Lists of Valid Values and double-click CNTY from "Navigate To list". You 
will proably NOT see an entry at the top of the County listings for (none). So 
create one. Click "+", select CNTY from the Field Name pull-down menu, leave the 
Value field blank, and put "(none)" (no quotes) for Description. Close the 
dialog box. That should work.
