[LOGic] DX SUMMIT SPOTTING (again...Jeez, I'm getting to hate these guys!)

I normally run Telnet (flawless) but if I've been away for days or weeks, I 
like to download the DXSummit spots (1000 spots or even 10,000 spots) just 
to fill in the Spot Log with recent activity. Had some recent trouble 
getting this working, but all has been well. A lot of the trouble was simply 
allowing LOGIC enough time to sort those big downloads and merge them into 
the spot log database.

So....I've been gone about a week. All was working fine before, but on 
return, within DXSummit  I am now getting
<PRE> not found. Is the URL correct? Are you connected to the internet?
Yes the URl is correct, and yes I am connected to the internet. This after 
downloading approx 835K for the 10,000 byte history, or an 87K file for the 
1000 byte history.

Has (again) the format for DXSummit changed?
