Are you tracking IOTA progress?
If no... just turn off the tracking in Tools, Setup, Log Fields...

If Yes...
After making a backup, execute the following (use cut and paste) in 
Tools, Advanced, Database Commands:

USE ("C:\LOGic8\logdata\Log.DBF")

replace userfields with tag_edit(userfields, "IOTA:", "NA-096") for 
TAG_VAL("IOTA:", USERFIELDS, "C")='NA-966'

USE

...and the problem should be fixed.
