[LOGic] Spot Log Not Wanted?

I notice that spots for Australia (VK6) are showing up in my Spot Log as 
needed (RED) on 20M phone. Occasioanlly something else will show up RED 
there, but will be a false alarm.

I already have VK6 confirmed on 20M phone for DXCC.

I already have all 40 Zones for CQZ, multiband.

I think the only other DX award I have LOGIC chasing is CQZ. I do not have 
VK6 confirmed on 20M.

I think "needing" it for CQZ is why it's showing up in the Spot Log.

a) How to confirm that this is why I'm getting the "false" needed?

b) Is there a way to tell Spot Log to ignore this (and other?) CQZ "needs", 
since I've achieved CQZ on a multi-band basis?
