[LOGic] Progress form and grid square errors

Something is apparently discrimminating on case when it's not
supposed to. Try going to Tools => Setup => Lists of Valid Values
=> Grids and see if en58 is listed separately from EN58. If so,
delete it. If that's not it, and based on all the other advice
you've been given, I'm flat out of ideas. :-)
