[LOGic] No spots to spot log from internet

Hi Mel...

I agree Telnet is the way to go. However, if you've been QRT for several
days/weeks, using DX-Summit or DX-Scape to fill-in the last 1000 or 10,000
spots can be helpful to see what kind activity there's been, where your
favorite DXped has been operating, etc.

Actually, when I start LOGic after a period of non-use, I use both web-based
and Telnet formats, but then once I have the old spots fill in on LOGic's
SpotLog, I shut off the web-based util, and exclsuively use Telnet until the
next restart.

BTW there's also a subtle "feature" (????)...if you backup LOGIC, a number
of the functions (including Telnet) are shut down until the backup is
completed. The Log, Info Screen, etc., return, but Telnet does not, needs to
be manually restarted. The last few times this happened, I lost several
hours of DX spots until I discovered Telnet was gone. Using DXSummit I was
able to load old spots to the point where I'd lost Telnet.
