[LOGic] No spots to spot log from internet

Kind of new to Logic8 but a long time Logic user, and am having a
problem getting spots from DXSummit or DXscape to fill the spot log. Do
I need to do something other than open the form? Telnet is still working
but I would like to use DXscape if possible.
