[LOGic] eQSL

I don't think iot's LOGIC. From time to time, things just hang...other times 
(less often) things work fine. I think it's the EQSL server, and not LOGIC.

A few years ago I had similar problems with LOTW, but that seems pretty 
smooth now.

Because of these problems, I don't have that much faith in the electronic 
QSL systems, but I guess they have their place, and occasionally even work.

When they hang and act wierd, I jsut wait a few days/weeks/months and try 
again. Eventually, the systems accept my data.
