Thanks everyone for the replies. It certainly makes sense that iolo's System Shield is the culprit. It is a bit curious though, why LOGic is the ONLY application that is having a problem. I have contacted iolo to see they can provide a solution. Thanks again, and HNY to all. Jim,WS6X
