[LOGic] Update Awards Progress Info Reconcile Rejects

AK, Anchorage is in the 3rd Judicial District. LOGic's awards database is
setup to track the county awards per the county hunter's list which uses the
four AK Judicial Districts, not the actual AK counties. A cross reference
list and map can be found here:  http://www.qsl.net/kl7j/county.html

You can either manually edit the entries in the 'Update awards progress
info/Reconcile Rejects' tab or in the main entry log window.

When I run the Update Awards, I get some errors on the "Reconcile Rejects"
tab that are all similar to "AK, ANCHORAGE not in the CNTY list."

How do I "fix" these errors?
