[LOGic] QRZ lookups broke again???

We will have to use http://www.qrz.com/callsign in Logic until Dennis 
has a chance to update the data scraping logic to use the faster text 
based query if that is preferred. Logic is a full fledged IE control so 
/callsign is appropriate... however /db/callsign might be faster.
