DELDUPE should work,  I've used it.
DELDUPE looks at call, QSO-DATE, Time, band, etc. to determine duplicate 
entries.  If it is not working, look at the program and remove any 
parameters that might be causing the problem.
BACK UP the file and re-run DELDUPE until it performs as desired.
