[LOGic] dup entries

I have numerous dup entries in my log that the deldupe subroutine will
not excise.  Evidently when I did an import, I managed to tell Logic to
ignore seconds so now I'll have one entry with the time to the second,
and a second entry with the seconds blank.  I can't just eliminate all
entries without seconds as a number of legitimate entries don't have
them in addition to the dupe entries.  Anybody have any ideas how I can
get rid of what I don't want without getting rid of what I do want?
