[LOGic] VK9GMW-Mellish Reef

[Bill Horner Laptop]

In Australia we are madly pushing to have all VK9 calls set as they were 
originally intended.
I do not believe we will be faced with the current problem for long.
Call areas will be returned to originality and the likes of Mellish Reef 
will be a VK9M prefix once more.
