Not true. These country files are derived from one master database Jim 
maintains and he does maintain start dates going back decades. I went 
back to DX4Win for logging because of the highly accurate DXCC reporting 
thanks to Jim's efforts. Maybe Dennis should talk to him about creating 
a Logic version of his DB.
