[LOGic] Bob Ahrens your HDD problems

I saw your E-mail about your HDD, boy do I have it worst!!!  I forgot 
to set the computer to see the HDD as a slave, and in a few min's the 
HDD's logic "Get it, Logic" Partitives, went from NTFS and 
formatted  with a lot of data including  3500 mp3 files.  My HDD 
drive went back new, not formated, any ideas, ANYONE.  I lost over 
5000 contacts with my Logic 8, feel really sick.  :-(   No back 
up,  is there a way or software to help me to restore my data.  I 
know nobody cares if I get on the air again, but the data was a part 
of me.  :-(
