[LOGic] 6M Rig Support for IC-756Pro3

Hi Mel:

I had looked at the "Band" setup and saw that 6M phone was set for SSB and on
all the other phone bands were set for USB or LSB as appropriate.

I set 6M from SSB to USB and re-indexed. Problem was still there !!!

Today I found CW & RTTY spots for 6M and they set correctly.

The problem seems to be on just 6M Phone spots.

I haven't been able to find any other place in LOGic 8 where MODE info is defined.
