My advice, for whatever its worth, just use DXSCAPE until the DX Summit
issue is rectified.

I started Logic this morning on June 26th,  13:03 UTC,   I shows up 
on the download screen where the spots appear, don't know what 
started this!  I have .86 aready, and it was working up to this 
day!  Now nothing! :-(
