[LOGic] creating lists with indexes

If you do one step first:
1. Get ready to print
2. When you get to "Run Report" final screen
3. Choose Export to CVS, click "Go" button
4. It will prompt you for a file name
5. Then go ahead and print QSL Labels as usual
6. You can then go back and sort the CVS file by any parameter (call, 
date, etc.)
