[LOGic] issue with 2 rigs

It's not the "plus" that matters, it's the "Nobus". Originally Logic's
Icom drivers were configured to work on a shared CI-V bus. Dennis
modified them to work on independent COM ports... thus the NO_BUS version.
You can also use the more recent 775 (NO_BUS of course)driver with the
756P to enable the control of more parameters and to switch between Main
and Sub receivers.
