[LOGic] LOTW & awards tracking?

Hi,
I am having a problem with LOGic 8 and LOTW. I have qso's that are confirmed in LOTW, show as "F" in LOTW rcvd QSL, and awards progress is up to date yet these contacts only show as worked in the Progress for DXCC window.

It appears to me that  progress only shows paper qsls. I have 1500 confirmations in LOTW and 15 of them for contacts that have no paper QSL and are accepted by DXCC. Awards report seems odd also.
The real problem? Do I need to manually add "DXCCSUB:" to the comment field on those qso's? So any future awards reports will be correct? And are there any other anomalies I have not thought of?
