[LOGic] K3 Support

Setting Logic for a K2 works for basic functionality. I did experience some
problems with mode problems when clicking on a spot in spot log. Dennis
tried working on it some but we did not have any luck. There have been some
CAT changes since then but I don't know what's been done with them in logic.

I'm actually still running LOGic 7 (long story, don't ask) and
using the K2 driver for my K3. It basically decodes the mode
output from the radio and stays in sync with the A VFO, but you
can't do anything else, like switch between VFO A and B, assert
split mode, change transmission mode, etc., etc. The Kenwood
drivers basically have the same limitations as the K2 driver. The
LOGic 8 K2 driver might be a closer fit... Dunno.
