[LOGic] eQSL Download Won't

Anyone else having problems with eQSL download.  I do direct downloads.  
It's always worked in the past.  Now it just sits there and does 
nothing.  Then when you click the download button a second time you get 
a bunch of error messages and have to use TaskManger to bring the 
program down.
