[LOGic] script debugger

Hi George:

This is caused by a Javascript error on one of the web forms -- QRZ.COM 
or FCC possiblly.

In Internet Explorer, go into tools/internet options/advanced, and 
select DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING (INTERNET EXPLORER) and DISABLE SCRIPT 
DEBUGGING (Other) .

Unselect DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY SCRIPT ERROR.
