[LOGic] ARRL Section Not Found

I found out on the PDA Site that some Logic 7 disks had the ARRL SECT 
list missing so that was the problem.  Logic does have the ability to 
create its own list called an edited list which happend whe I did what I 
explained in a previous e-mail.
