[LOGic] WSJT <> LOGic functionality

If DM780 is going to include WSJT it could be that Joe has the necessary
code encapsulated in a DLL which means that it could be incorporated
into Logic at some point. I really can't see re-inventing the wheel...
Maybe there is hope ;-)
