Actually, this is not what Dan had asked. TO5FJ might be used in future 
in other French political entities. What Dan wanted to do was add TO5FJ 
for a *specific time span*, in which case it is necessary to create a 
separate record with a time limit. So I would suggest this is the *best* 
way as it' s foolproof. However, I suspect, given the suffix "FJ" that 
this will not be the case. I did it your way ;-) If it shows up 
elsewhere, I'll fix it then.
