Where can I find the ARRL-asigned key number used by the ADIF for 
proper import and export of DXCC countries.  I got my Bosnia and 
Herzegovina done right and with no help.

For each record, enter the field name and a valid field value. Enter 
a description. The description will appear in the description column 
of dropdown menus. Check the Deleted box if the entity (usually a 
DXCC country) is deleted from active status. The Misc field is used 
for various purposes by LOGic. For DXCC entries, it contains the 
ARRL-assigned key number used by ADIF for proper import and export of 
DXCC countries. It contains the state in ARRL SECT entries. The FIX 
STUFF misc utility uses it to look up states from QSOs that have an 
ARRL section logged, but no state.
