 OK, enough is enough. I believe that we have exhausted this topic. 

As moderator of this group since the beginning, I have rarely had to step
in.

This has always be a congenial, helpful group designed to support the
product. Constructive criticism is always welcome, however, I believe that
we have now exhausted the criticism without any further solution to the
problem. 

Therefore, I am asking that personal comments be take off the reflector and
be handled privately. We have already lost a few subscribers because of the
extensive discussion of this topic.
