[LOGic] Logic 8 and Microham Interfaces

Logic uses far too many resources to generate reliable CW unless you 
have a fairly powerful computer. That is why I use the K1EL keyer and 
highly recommend it.

Why do you have RTS and DTR set to high on COM1... this could cause 
problems if this is a USB COM port. Its used to supply 5V to some level 
convertors...
