[LOGic] Frequency in Logbook

I beg to differ. In fact, Dennis has made many many improvements to the 
program based on user feedback. One of the things that I like about 
Dennis is he's flexible and doesn't think he has all the answers... 
unlike my last logging program where the programmer made a few peculiar 
design choices and absolutely refused to change his mind in the face of 
a lot of complaints by users. As a result, the program has rapidly 
diminished in popularity...

In this case, Lloyd, I'm pretty sure that the way Logic handles input 
with the tab key pre-dates Windows because it strongly resembles the 
type of user interaction on the old terminals... ie tab from field to 
field and enter to commit the transaction.

At this point, Logic's quirky input is probably an artifact of it's long 
history.
