[LOGic] Frequency in Logbook

The Real time mode is on. But It isn't "realtime".The log form only gets
the freq and mode when I hit tab from the call field or double click on
freq field.

The little rig window is realtime. I can spin my radio's vfo and the rig
control window frequency changes. BUT the freq in the log form does not
change. Same with mode change from radio.
The log form doesn't catch a mode change or freq change in "real time".
At least it doesn't on my setup.
