[LOGic] Frequency in Logbook

I had this issue (or something similar) with my FT1000MP years back...all 
would appear to work OK as to freq + mode, but sometimes I found QSO's 
logged with wrong freq/mode.

Eventually tracked this down to me using the rig in memory mode (tuning from 
memory channels) rather than the band/VFO mode. This was years ago, and 
perhaps LOGIC changed, but as long as I was operating by selecting bands, 
then VFO, the logging always works correctly.

Not sure this is the case with for Icom, but it might be worth checking.

Your other item, ie putting freq into log form w/o user intervention is, I 
think, a design philosophy which ou'll have to ask Dennis about...the 
thinking, I believe, is to make the decision to actually LOG something by 
hitting the mouse or keys.
