[LOGic] DXSUMMIT SPOTS

I'd like to import a large number of DX spots from DX Summit.

Am using the www.dxsummit.fi/text/dx10000.html URL, and the file downloads,
but the data does not populate my Spot Log.

Ditto if I use www.dxsummit.fi/dxspots.aspx?count=10000&range=10000.

When I use www.dxsummit.fi/dxspots.aspx?count=25&range=1 it downloads & 
populates just
fine.

Any suggestions?
