Hi Tim
Instead of running an award report try running a log report. Award reports
print progress information.
STATE reports show progress for WAS not RIG. I have a user field set up to
track how I receive qsl cards (buro, direct, manager, etc)
when I filter my log looking for qsl rcvd via buro I get 108. when I run a
DXCC report with qsl rcvd via buro I get 166, when I
run a LOG report with I get 108.

Mel,
Not sure if I even know how to index the user defined field I created. I
went through the help and the videos to see if I could figure it out but
no luck...I haven't asked Dennis yet, thought it might be something
simple that someone here would recognize immediately... Thanks for the
suggestion..

I'm just guessing Tim... but could it be that awards report selects on
indexed fields only?
