[LOGic] Spots

I just notice something strange, I have my Logic8 setup for general 
class bands.  In my alerts, I got a station for KL7OU at 14.2050.  My 
20Meters is setup for 14.225 - 14.350.  Does the alert for station 
and or DX is independent of the band settings and the spot settings?
