Mike the problem that I see with your suggestions is that many times
there is more than one QSL route. DX stations change managers for one
reason or another. There maybe managers assigned for different parts of
the world for one DX entirety. With that in mind it would seem difficult
to make the automatic filling of that VIA box worth while. 

What I would like is a way lookup and paste in an address for a QSL
manager from the QSL Route form once I've decided that is the one I
wanted.

What you describe is workable but unless I don't fully understand, 
it's a bit tedious.
My wish list would include:
a)  Something that would fill in the "via" field,if 
applicable,  while the call is being initially logged
OR

b)  A batch routine which would examine log records and fill in the 
'via' field as appropriate.
OR

c)  Both of the above.  (THIS WOULD BE BEST)

Is this a reasonable thing to request of Dennis?
