You don't need any additional software with XP. You can juggle a few
registry entries and XP will synchronize to any time server as often as you
like.

But that's not Bob's problem. It seems his router is blocking NTP queries.

BTW Bob, I assume that Windows clock is also unable to synchronize?

use.
