[LOGic] Cluster issues

I, too, receive "connection failed messages" which I didn't before, on
DXscape as well as DX Summit. It is worth noting that subsequent attempts do
work. I usually have both windows open and currently they show successful
downloads. 

 I seem to get the error message more when forcing a manual download as
opposed to the "too small" errors which required closing the window
completely and reopening it. 

I have seen no errors using Telnet, however.

Ever since the .72 update I have been having problems with both the 
clusters & telnet connections.
Several times each day the cluster gives me a "connection failed" message.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  It happens on both my XP computers.
