[LOGic] Callbook Update

Since upgrading to  logic8update71, the updating feature for the US and VE
callbooks no longer work.  Both end in a "timeout" error.  I can click on
the internet logo (globe) and manually download the update file just fine.
I then have to save it to the TMP folder then run LOGic's "process" to do
the update.  No more one-click does all.

 

This behavior remains after upgrading to logic8update72.
