Have you called Dennis? 

If you can not find a solution here, I suggest that you give Dennis a chance
to resolve it with you over the phone. 

I have called him a couple of times myself and it has been a good experience
each time. Please let us know what he finds when it gets fixed.

Still getting 'Unknown member Document' error message.  Cluster stops 
receiving after this message appears.
This is becoming quite annoying
